Fee: $450 before July 20, $475 after.  Assume enrollment unless notified.

For Iyengar Yoga practitioners to deepen practice, skills, knowledge, and (optional) teacher education.  Minimum two years study in Iyengar Yoga with a certified teacher required.

 

Schedule:      Topics and times subject to change.

 

Mon, Jul 30  The Institute will be available at 9:00 AM for personal practice time.

2:00 – 2:30 PM   Introductions

2:30 – 3:30 pm   Pranayama

                        4:00 – 6:00 pm   Asana

                                                 

Tues, Jul 31  9:00 am – 12:00 pm  Asana

                        4:00 – 5:15 pm Pranayama

                        5:30 – 6:30 pm Student teaching/discussion

 

Wed, Aug 1   9:00 am – 11:30 pm Asana 

2:30 – 4:30 pm Student teaching. Students assigned to teach one pose from their syllabus to their peers. Lois will evaluate.

5:30 – 7:00 Observe Therapeutic Class  (optional)

                         

Thu, Aug 2    9:00 am – 11:45 pm Asana

1:00 pm   Tubing on the Middle Fork. Bring sack lunch, swimsuit, towel, hat, sunscreen, and water shoes. Six dollars payable on site.

6:30 pm Potluck at LoisÕ.

                        4:15 – 5:15 pm Pranayama

5:30 – 6:30 pm Student teaching/ discussion
