*Paying by semester is economical! It saves the cost of 1 class at the drop-in rate for Summer and Winter sessions and 2 classes for Spring and Fall.

Registrations are not transferable to another individual. However, classes are interchangeable within the semester.

To Register: come early to class: you may sign-up for the entire session or attend on a drop-in basis. Wear t-shirt and shorts or tights, be prepared to have bare feet, and come with an empty stomach. Please do not wear perfume or scented deodorant products.
