Assignments:

(1) Write a sequence including all the poses from your next syllabus.

(2) Make a grid of variations for all poses from Intro 1 up to and including your next syllabus. The variations are for menses, pregnancy, knees, low back, neck and shoulders. Organize the grid with the poses on the left hand column and the conditions are in the top row.
