Lois’ Workshops
Lois Steinberg’s 35-plus years of teaching experience and dedication to the study of and transmission of Iyengar yoga have yielded vast knowledge of the subject matter, recognition by students and peers alike, and one of the highest level teaching certificates, awarded by BKS Iyengar himself.
Despite being in high demand nationally and internationally, Lois has maintained a long standing history in, and commitment to, the Champaign-Urbana community. She schedules travel to study in India and out of town workshops around a consistent, continuous presence at her home base, YICU.
